Delivery Schedule: Immediately after confirmation of your order.

Lifting Schedule: Cargo should be lifted within *0 days after order confirmation Failing to which balance quantity lapse/plot rent shall be charged on buyer at the Rate Rs.*0 per day per tones.

JOINT SAMPLING: Joint Sampling will be carried out at Our Plot  end for determining GCV contents only. You may depute your authorized representative to associate in joint sampling.

Payment Schedule: **0 % advance or Demand Draft at Loading Spot before Loading. Seller shall retain lien on goods until full payment is received against purchase Order. Any delay in payment as per the agreed schedule 2% interest will be charged per month on entire Payment.

Validity: The offer is valid up to *1:*2:***1.

 NOTE: Material will be Dispatch At Our Plant. Before dispatching of Coal, you can perform a joint sampling at Our Plant for determining GCV result; if result is satisfied then Material sent to siding for loading of rake. No deductions on quality end shall be acceptable.
